Harper, Judge Headline ASG Voting After Phase 1
Phase 1 of 2024 MLB ASG Voting Ends; All-Stars Announced
Phase one of the 2024 MLB All-Star game voting ended on June 27 at 12:00 PM EST. Here are the headlines and what players will be named an All-Star as well as move onto phase 2 of the voting.
League Leaders
Aaron Judge of the Yankees & Phillies star Bryce Harper both lead their respective leagues in voting, automatically giving them a spot on the starting lineup for the 2024 All-Star game in Arlington, Texas, baring any injury. Judge will start in the outfield for the American League while Bryce Harper, in his first full season as a first baseman, will start at first for the National League. Judge, led all of the majors in voting with a total of 3,425,309 votes while Harper was second in the majors with 3,277,920 total votes.
